Pair of George III mahogany dining chairs, ca. 1765, each with carved crest and splat above an over-upholstered needlework seat supported by square legs.
Losses to needlework. Chair #1 - repaired break to one end of crest at stile, crack to base of splat. Chair #2 - repaired breaks to crest at ends, several repaired cracks to splat.
