Pair of Chinese export tobacco leaf candlesticks, ca. 1770, 8" h. Provenance: Titus Geesey.
One - base broken where stem meets base, broken again 3/4" above first break on lower stem, broken third time where cup meets stem. Other - heavily restored, base is in 8 pieces glued back together, also broken and reglued where stem meets the base and where the cup meets the stem.
