Pair of Chester County, Pennsylvania hollow cut silhouettes of William Chandler and his wife Ruth Ann Chandler, ca. 1848 and 1817, William inscribed "Made by his friend Wm. E. Bartlett" and the other inscribed indistinctly, 4 3/4" x 5 3/4".
Pencil inscriptions very light and vertical stain (right) on of one of wife.
