Pair of Boston pewter plates, ca. 1800, bearing the touch of Richard Austin, 8" dia.
Both with a scratched inscription verso. Inscription is Eliza Mowery Meridon/Mendon? (owner's name, not the maker). There is a hallmarks but it is not complete (says "RICE" on top and "AUSTIN" on bottom of mark).
