Oil on canvas landscape with turkeys and other fowl next to a pigeon coop, 18 1/4" x 28". Provenance: Titus Geesey. According to the family tradition, Mr. Geesey attributed this painting to the hand of John Hesselius, 1728-1778. Provenance: Joe Kindig, Jr., 1954.
Old relining. A few very minor flakes to paint. Very minor touch-up, less than 5%.
