Northwest fur trade percussion rifle, approximately .62 caliber, the lock inscribed Sutherland, with a cast brass serpentine lock plate, an oversized trigger guard, a brass butt plate, and a 35 1/4'' smoothbore octagonal to round barrel with British proof marks.
Stock with a 3/4" x 1/2" chip at upper butt plate otherwise very good. Fully functional lock.
