Northumberland County, Pennsylvania vellum deed for lots in the town of Louisborough (Lewisburg), dated 19th of July, 1790, for 100 lots between James Grubb of the City of Philadelphia and Peter Borger, son and heir to Peter Borger, elder of Philadelphia, the verso with drawn map of a plan of the town map of Louisborough (sic) situated in Buffaloe (sic) Township in the County of Northumberland in the State of Pennsylvania as laid out by Lewis Doerr 1785, with 100 lots initialed PB identifying lots involved in the sale, various other properties and mills identified, including Doers Mill, the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, and various creeks and roads, 33" x 28 1/2".
