Northern European, 17th c., oil on canvas of the Annunciation, probably Flemish. The angel Gabriel appears to the Virgin Mary, who is kneeling at a lectern in a room with tiled floor, with a small dog at her feet, 19 1/2" x 24 3/4". Provenance: The Estate of John Donnelly, Penn Valley, Pennsylvania.
