New York Sheraton mahogany sofa, ca. 1810, the straight crest with reeded panels flanking a carved ribbon panel, over turned, reeded and inward scrolling arms, over a straight seat frame supported by turned legs, 81" l. Provenance: Descended in the duPont family.
Minor cracks to veneer on crest, new upholstery. Repaired crack to both arms and to one front leg.
