New York red and white jacquard coverlet by James Cunningham, the corners inscribed "Excelsior, J. Cunningham, Weaver E. Colgrove", the corners decorated with Miss Liberty figures flanking a shield below a spread winged eagle, the borders and interior with floral and foliate decoration, 84 1/2" x 72".
Very good/excellent condition. Some browning to white.
