New York or New England Queen Anne mahogany and maple wing chair, ca. 1750, the arched crest above flared wings and scrolled arms supported by front cabriole legs terminating in pad feet, the front legs are mahogany and the rear legs are maple, the frame is hard maple and red oak.
Base is attached to frame with newer dowels. Losses to veneered seat frame. Crest broken and reattached backwards.
