New York Federal mahogany tall case clock, ca. 1790, the eight-day works, inscribed Effingham Embree New York, the case with line and fan inlays and fluted quarter columns, 93 1/2" h.
Parts: pendulum, two weights, winder. Several veneer losses. Saddleboard shimmed up. Significant touch up to face (especially the black). Brace added to backboard. Repaired breaks to base moldings.
