New England William & Mary maple and pine gateleg tavern table, ca. 1740, probably Massachusetts, with a single demilune dropleaf and a drawer supported by baluster turned legs joined by a box stretcher, retaining an old red surface, closed - 26 1/4" h., 40 1/2" w., 21 1/2" d.
26 1/4" h., 40 1/2" w., 21 1/2" d. Losses to one foot. Knob replaced. Retaining a nice old red dry surface.
