New England William and Mary walnut veneer tall chest in two parts, ca. 1740, the upper section with two short and three long drawers with herringbone banded edges, resting on a base with three drawers and a deeply scalloped apron supported by trumpet turned legs joined by flat serpentine stretchers, 62" h., 39" w.
Stretcher replaced. Brasses replaced. Repaired breaks to legs at case.
