New England Queen Anne tiger maple high chest, ca. 1765, attributed to John Kimball, Concord or Derryfield, New Hampshire, retaining an early Spanish brown surface, 64" h., 36 1/4" w. Provenance: Sold at Skinner's Auction, June 4, 2006, lot 112.
Original brasses. Drop finials probably replaced. Base was overpainted white at one time. Mid molding replaced. Surface of lower section appears to be blended in as bottom was overpainted white. Overall very good condition. No other apparent condition issues.
