New England Queen Anne carved mahogany easy chair, ca. 1750-70, having a tall canted back with slightly arched crest flanked by scrolled wings and upright outward scrolling arms, the slip seat with bowed front continuing to cabriole legs joined by block and ring turned stretchers ending in pad feet, covered in 18th century style needlework.
Seat rails replaced. Rear upholstery removed.
