New England painted pine miniature blanket chest, early 19th c., the lid initialed IC above a hobby horse, the façade with potted flowers, and the sides decorated with birds, 8 1/4'' h., 17 1/2'' w. Provenance: Greg Kramer, 1998.
Lacking hinges, applied side moldings on lid replaced, light expected wear, in otherwise good condition.
