New England painted pine blanket chest, inscribed L. Bloy 1830, retaining its original vibrant yellow and ochre surface, 39" h., 36 1/2" w.
Thin patch to lid at one hinge. Pulls are probably original. Cut nails used in construction, but some later nails added to secure backboards. No repainting. No additional photographs available for this lot.
