New England painted canister, 19th c., with stamped yellow and red geometric and philphlot decoration, 3 3/4" h., together with a twig dresser box, retaining an old red surface, 3 3/4" h., 8 3/4" w. Canister - large age cracks to body. Box - wear and surface loss.
