New England painted candlestand, early 19th c., the tilting tray top over a baluster turned standard and tripartite base, retaining an old painted and decoupage decorated surface, 27" h., 21" w.
Expected wear, heavier to top. Finish is crackled. Cleats are original. Decoupage is original. Chips and wear to edges of top. Ankles and legs are in good condition. Imperfections to top.
