New England carved and painted dresser box, 19th c., having all over incised carved floral and foliate vines, the front and sides with a picket fence and sawtooth band, 5 1/2'' h., 14 1/2'' w., 9'' d. Provenance: The collection of Jeanne and Bernard B. Hillmann, Wyckoff, New Jersey.
Hinges and front hasp are replaced, otherwise excellent condition.
