Group of Moffly family ledgers, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to include Samuel Moffly's cyphering book bought in 1801, with pen and ink drawings, including a portrait centered by birds and rearing horses, together with two teaching contracts, dated 1806, for subscribers in Bucks County, one for evening classes, an alphabetical poem signed by Samuel Moffly, family register completed by Samuel Moffly, conditions of sale for public sale held the 5th day of January, 1824 on the goods and chattels of Joseph Moffly late of Richland Township; also incudes a ledger of Samuel Moffly, Quakertown, Weaver, dated 1816; ledger dated 1842-1847, one dated 1853-1856 of Samuel Moffly; ledger of Joseph Moffly dated 1817-1823 continued by Samuel Moffly 1839-1842; Samuel Moffly, weaver, Bethlehem, 1859-1867 and one for 1865-1867.
