Miniature pearlware tea service, 19th c., with transfer grisaille decoration to include a teapot, covered sugar, six saucers, and five cups.
Teapot - large chip to interior rim of lid, two 1" hairlines to lid and a small base rim chip. Covered sugar - good condition, no apparent damages or repairs. Saucers - one with a small base rim chip and one with a 1" hairline, others in good condition, no apparent damages or repairs. Cups - two with small rim flakes and one with two 1" hairlines. Provenance: private NY collection.
