Middlesex, Massachusetts silk on linen sampler, ca. 1829, wrought by Susan A. Kimball, an early inscription verso reads Susan A. Kimball b. 1816, This sampler was made by Susan A. Kimball daughter of Jesse and Mary Adams Kimball in 1829 at the age of 13 yrs., 12 1/2" x 8 1/4".
Good condition. No apparent damages or repairs.
