Mid Atlantic Hepplewhite mahogany sideboard, ca. 1800, with overall line inlay, 37 1/2" h., 58 1/2" w. Sold by order of the trustees of the Philadelphia Museum of Art to benefit acquisition funds.
Depth - 21 3/4". Top is one piece. Center drawer has modern compartments. Secondary woods are poplar and white pine. Brasses are period replacements. Restoration to some drawer secondaries. Patch to rear corner of top. Old repair to crack on top.
