Matched pair of W. Nusbaum of Breslau, German flintlock horse pistols, ca. 1800, approximately .60 caliber smoothbore, with ornately carved brass mountings, with hunting and mythical scenes and fancy scroll work, stocks are relief and incise carved, locks are inscribed W. Nusbaum-Breslau, horn tipped ramrod, 13'' barrel. One of the pistols has old repair through the wrist, both locks function correctly.
