Matched cased pair of Alfred Gauvin French percussion dueling pistols, approximately .52 caliber bores, with engraved locks, barrels, and hammers, 10" octagonal barrels. Fine condition with minor rust on Damascus barrels. Percussion locks with fine floral engraving. Walnut stocks with fluted butts and engraved iron furniture. Cased in a later period walnut case with bullet mold, powder flask, ramrods, hammer and cap container. Repaired breaks to one hammer.
