Massachusetts Federal cherry tall case clock, ca. 1805, the arch bonnet with pierced fretwork, enclosing an 8-day works, signed "Joseph Coring Sterling Fecit", above a case with scalloped top and door with straight bracket feet, 89" h.
Parts: two weights, pendulum and winder. Upper door is detached, glass missing. Feet original. 4" section of fret replaced. Bottom board missing. One finial with damage. Bonnet door repaired. Movement and case together by association. 2" section at top of dial repaired. Closure missing on door lock. Missing glass on bonnet door. We do not guarantee the working condition of clocks.
