Massachusetts Chippendale mahogany secretary, ca. 1770, with a broken arch bonnet and scalloped panel doors, resting on a fall front base with oxbow case and ball and claw feet, 95" h., 42" w. Provenance: A Chester County, Pennsylvania estate.
Rosettes replaced. Finials possibly replaced. A couple patches to doors from age cracks. Brasses replaced. Lacking upper drawer behind prospect door.
