Martin Shreiner Lancaster #317 in flowing script, surrounded by a chapter ring with Arabic numerals, flanked by gilt and floral decorated spandrels, all above an unusual waist, comprised of an upper short door flanked by chamfered corners with lambs tongues, over a small cove mid-molding, above a larger lower door flanked by similar corners, resting on a conforming sunken panel base, supported by a scalloped skirt and bold flaring French feet.
