Leopold Gould Seyffert (American, 1887-1956), oil on canvas portrait of Bayard Henry, Director of the Insurance Company of North America, 1904-1926, signed lower right and dated 1924, retaining its original gold leaf frame signed by the maker Harer, 30" x 25".
Frame - sporadic flaking and loss to gold gilt. Sporadic touch-up, less than 5%.
