Large black rhino mount, ca. 1970's, taken in Kenya, is considered one of the five most dangerous animals in Africa. This lot cannot be purchased or transported outside of the state of Pennsylvania. Purchase of this lot is for non-commercial use within the state of Pennsylvania. Provenance: Estate of J. Martin Benchoff, Gettysburg, PA, obtained during a safari to Kenya in 1974, taxidermy by Jonas Bros. of Denver.
Shoulder width - 18.5". Small horn - 10.5" l., 19" cir. Big horn - 21" l., 20" cir. Horns are original. This lot cannot be purchased or transported outside of the state of Pennsylvania. The purchase of this lot must be for non-commercial use within the state of Pennsylvania. Provenance: Estate of J.
