Lancaster, Pennsylvania Federal cherry tall case clock, ca. 1810, the broken arch bonnet enclosing a painted dial, inscribed Samuel Breneisen, Lancaster County, over case with inlaid eagle panel, all resting on flared French feet, 97" h. Clocks with similar inlays can be found in the collections of The Hershey Museum of American Life and Winterthur Museum and Garden.
