Lancaster or Berks County, Pennsylvania painted pine schrank, ca. 1770, the stepped cornice with ivory dentil molding, above a blue case with two 6-raised panel doors, each with stippled center and red surround, retaining their original rattail hinges and flanked by red molded stiles, resting on a base with red ogee mid molding and 3 ivory stippled drawers, all supported by tall bracket feet, 79 1/2" h., 60" w.

Condition

Upper section cut in two. Lacking one rear foot facing. A few losses to dentil molding. One hinge lacking pin. Lacking one lock. Patch above right drawer lock. Small chips to drawer lips. Crack to side of lower section at rear.
