Lancaster County, Pennsylvania sackback windsor armchair, ca. 1766, the arched back flanked by knuckled arms, supported by baluster and ring turned legs, terminating in turnip feet joined by stretchers, retaining an old varnished red surface, the underside with carved date 1766.
