Lancaster County, Pennsylvania miniature sulphur inlaid blanket chest, dated 1799, the central cartouche with a spread winged eagle and diamond border, flanked by the initials BA RI and date, supported by ogee bracket feet, 8 1/4" h., 16 1/2" w., 9" d.
Hinges replaced. Stains to top. Strip replaced to back edge of lid. 3/4 of return molding of base replaced.
