Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Chippendale walnut tall case clock, ca. 1795, the broken arch bonnet with bold floral rosettes, above a carved tympanum enclosing an 8-day works, signed "Martin Shreiner Lancaster No. 90", over an arched door flanked by fluted quarter columns and a base with scalloped panel supported by bracket feet, 96" h. Condition
Parts: pendulum, two weights, key and winder. Finials replaced. Top 1" of rosettes replaced. Heavy craquelure on dial. Foot facings replaced 2". Bottom 1 1/2" of case cut and reattached. We do not guarantee clocks are in working condition.
