Joseph Lochbaum (Nine Hearts Artist, Southeastern Pennsylvania, active 1799-1806), ink and watercolor fraktur marriage certificate for Samuel and Catarina Meinzer, decorated with typical hearts, tulip vines, and angels, 12 1/4" x 15".
Contemporary frame. Center creases with some seperation. Small loss to bottom center edge. 3" tear repair to right edge. Not examined out of frame.
