Joseph Lehn (Lancaster County, Pennsylvania 1798-1892), miniature painted pine blanket chest, retaining the original vibrant floral sprays, flanking a strawberry spray, all on a pinstriped brown background, 7 3/4'' h., 13 1/2'' w. Provenance: Private midwest collection.
Interior of lid with pencil inscription "Martha S. Denlinger". Very minor paint loss. Tight age crack in lid.
