Johannes Bard (Pennsylvania and Maryland, 1797-1861), Frederick County, Maryland ink and watercolor fraktur birth certificate for William Rauzahn, b. 1828, with vibrant floral trees and spread winged eagle in shield surrounding a heart enclosing script with scalloped border, 12 1/2" x 16".
Period frame. Several edge tears. Very small losses to upper and lower edge. A few small stains. Light crease. Overall very good vibrant condition.
