Johann Jacob Friederich Krebs(Southeastern Pennsylvania, active 1784-1812), rare pair of Dauphin County printed and hand drawn taufscheins for Maria and Elisabeth Marschall, daughters of David and Elisabeth, each with a central script surrounded by parrots, tulips, suns, etc., 13 1/4" x 16 1/2" each.
Not laid down. Creases. Some foxing. Fraktur on left - some paper loss at center crease and small losses to edge, minor edge tears. Fraktur on right - two small losses to paper in text, small loss to lower edge, small edge tears.
