Native American Indian headdress, made by Jeff Bluewater, composed of ermine skins, feathers and American flag motif beadwork, framed, 33" x 19".

Framed. Good condition. No apparent damages or repairs. Document inside of case is dated 1993 and outlines that the item was made in compliance with the Bald Eagle Act of 1940 and goose, duck, or turkey feathers were used.
