Jacob Dickert, Lancaster, Pennsylvania full stock flintlock long rifle, approximately .45 caliber, with a tiger maple stock, a three-piece engraved brass patch box, and an engraved silver star cheek rest, the barrel flat signed J. Dickert, and the lock inscribed Dreppert, 42'' octagonal barrel. All iron turning grey. The lock is fully functional. Stock has a 1.5" x 1/2" chip missing left of the breech plug tang. It also has a crack from the barrel to the lower pipe on the left side. "J S Y P A" are lightly carved into the right buttstock and J A S are lightly carved into the stock near the lower pipe on the right side. There is a 1.5" break to the buttstock toe and a crude brass repair. No visible rifling.
