Important Chinese export porcelain punch bowl, 1780-1790, the exterior with 2 hunting scenes "Setting Out" and "Treeing the Fox", the interior with vignette of hunter with dog, 5 1/2" h., 13" dia. A nearly identical example made for Samuel Breck and presumably brought back on the Empress of China in 1785 and sold at Northeast Auctions, August 21, 2005, Lot 902.
