Hepplewhite mahogany Pembroke table, ca. 1790, with two demilune drop leaves over a frame, with oak leaf capitals and square tapering legs with unusual bellflower chain and banded cuffs, 28 3/4" h., 18 1/4" w., 31 1/2" d. Provenance: C. W. Lyon, Inc., New York, 1939.
Parts: information. Secondary woods: poplar, yellow pine, white pine, cherry, and sweet gum. Original pull. Losses to line inlay edge, primarily on front. Some sporadic mold. Overall very good untouched condition. Probably from New York.
