Henry Young (Southeastern Pennsylvania, active 1817-1861), watercolor and ink on paper Geburts und Taufschein, done for Anna Catharina Schmeltzer, 1847, Miles Township, Centre County, with blue columns surmounted by blue, yellow, and red urns, flanked by two women, one wearing a white dress with flowers and the other wearing a yellow dress and holding an anchor, 11 3/4" x 14 3/4".
Wrinkled/allover creases. Minor sporadic foxing. Otherwise very good condition.
