Henry Duncan Grant(British, 1834-1896), collection of 18 sketch books from 1866-1896 containing over 1200 watercolor drawings done as a Royal Navy officer while traveling abroad to include Brazil, India, Greece, St. Thomas, Jamaica, Azores, Argentina, Northwest U.S., Newfoundland, and British Isles, depicting port cities, fish, nautical scenes, etc.
Largest - 9" x 14", Smallest - 3 1/2" x 5". Virtually all in good condition w/minor foxing. Suitable for framing. Most are dated w/locations but none are signed.
