Group of Native American Indian pottery, to include an Acoma polychrome basket with twist handle, 5 1/2" h., 4 1/2" dia., two animal effigy shallow vessels, one in the form of a turtle, 5 1/2" l., the other in an avian form with vivid polychrome paint, 6 1/2" l., and an unusual drinking vessel, 3 3/4" h. Provenance: The estate of Margaret Wright who retired from the Bureau of Indian Affairs in 1938 and worked in Tomah, WI; Lawrence, KS and Phoenix, AZ.
