Gorham coin silver five piece tea and coffee service, with butterfly finials, monogrammed N for G.A. Nichols b. 1817. coffee pot - 10" h., 114 ozt. Mr. Nichols served as the chief engineer for the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad. This service was likely made for his second marriage to Annie Hall Muhlenberg in 1869. Provenance: A Wyomissing, Pennsylvania collection.
