Georgian silver teapot and stand, 1782-1783 and 1783-1784, bearing the touch of Hester Bateman with engraved coat of arms, teapot - 5 1/2" h., stand - 1" h., 6" dia., 17.8 ozt.
Marked with lion under lid. Slight bend to one foot. Reverse has an engraved wreath with a bowtie at the top. No additional photographs available for this lot. Crest engraving appears contemporary with the rest of the bright cut decoration. The bright work on the tray is a very close match to that which is on the teapot.
